Espoma® Fertilizers Espoma brand fertilizers consist of a complex blend of natural  ingredients and organic nutrients to provide plants with well-balanced meals. These fertilizers are all organic-based and are therefore naturally broken down by soil bacteria thus causing them to be "slow release." The Espoma "Tones" contain all fifteen nutrients that are necessary for plant life, whereas most "chemical" fertilizers only contain three. Each "tone" has been specifically designed for a certain group of plants to give them everything they'll need, including trace elements. Espoma fertilizers improve soil conditions, they don't burn, and will not wash away. We, as well as many other landscape professionals, have been relying on them for years and have gotten unparalleled results in growth and overall plant health!   Holly-Tone® For all plants that thrive in acidic soil (pH below 7.0) including azalea, dogwood, holly, etc. This organic-based fertilizer should be applied in spring and fall to give plants optimal nutrition.     Flower-Tone™ Specifically formulated with high phosphorus and potassium levels to produce strong roots and abundant flowers. Flower-Tone should be applied monthly during the growing season. Rose-Tone's 6-6-4 formula is recommended by rosarians because of its long lasting effect.
