Why do we have to make an appointment, when other stores are open?

We are following the Davidson county's 2nd phase of reopening.  We are having our customers make appointments in order to keep the numbers down. By limiting the number of people per hour we can monitor the 6-foot rule to keep our employees and customers safe. During the week it is much easier to come in to shop. The weekends are usually full per hour so if you can only shop on the weekends be sure to plan ahead and make the appointment during the week.

Does making an appointment mean we will have to walk around with someone the entire time?

No, the one-hour appointment just means you have an hour to shop on your own.  We have limited staff at the moment but we will do what we can to help you if you have questions or need help with picking out your plants.

Can I sign myself up then bring 3 other people with me?

It would be best if you can sign each person up.  We already expect one customer to bring one other person. So when we limit the numbers to 15 people per hour we expect to have 30 people per hour. If you show up with three other people we have to make people wait until people start to check out before letting you all in.  We know this is an inconvenience to everyone... so please just be patient with us until we can open up completely.

When will we be able to just come in and shop whenever we want?

As soon as we know we will let our customers know.  We are just following the Davidson country protocol.

Hopefully, this will all be over soon.
