About the event
You've grown herbs all summer but what do you do with them all?! We'll brainstorm ideas for preserving herbs as we harvest and put together three projects that can be used at home or as gifts.
• An herb vinaigrette using fresh herbs, extra-virgin olive oil, locally sourced honey and vinegar
• Creamy, fresh ranch dressing using fresh parsley, cilantro, green onions, garlic and buttermilk
• Fresh and flavorful basil salt with fresh basil and celtic sea salt
You may not want to share these but we'll make sure you go home ready to enjoy these recipes again and again.
