FAQ

We give our plants the best possible care and are confident we are selling you a great product but we understand things happen. We warranty trees and shrubs for 3 months from time of purchase if they have been planted when purchased. Exclusions: • Annuals • Perennials • Herbs • Ornamental grasses • Rhododendron, Azaleas, Pieris • Marginally hardy plants (Gardenia, Loropetalum, Indian Hawthorne) • Plants installed in above-ground containers • Any plant that has not been watered sufficiently

We have a 14 day return policy on all items as long as they are returned in new condition. If you have a plant that needs to be returned, please care for it well while it is in your possession. If you choose not to give your contact information at checkout we will need you to bring your receipt with you.

Yes! With the exception of a break between Christmas and New Year's we are open all year to serve our community.
