We warranty trees and shrubs for 3 months from time of purchase if they have been planted when purchased. Exclusions: Annuals Perennials Herbs Ornamental grasses Rhododendron, Azaleas, Pieris Marginally hardy plants (Gardenia, Loropetalum, Indian Hawthorne) Plants installed in above-ground containers Any plant that has not been watered sufficiently Any plant adversely affected by events beyond our control (ice, snow, strong winds, extreme drought, etc)
