Come Work with Us
We're looking for talented, hard-working people who can function well as a part of a team. Our employees are customer service-driven and dedicated to creating an extraordinary shopping experience.

We offer a fun, fast-paced and challenging environment with the opportunity for growth and success. We are committed to maintaining a work environment that encourages trust, hard work, efficiency, initiative, continuous improvement, and teamwork. We provide an opportunity for personal and professional growth and a great employee discount too!

The areas we are looking for help in are:
-
Indoor Sales/Cashier - Feeling friendly? These folks work mainly in the gift shop, farmacy and indoor greenhouse areas assisting customers, maintaining displays, cleaning and caring for the shop and plants and serving the needs of the cats.
-
Outdoor Sales - Plant smart? Our outdoor staff serves our customers in sales and uses their knowledge to offer advice on landscape design and plant care. They work to maintain the health and beauty of the plants in the greenhouse and on the lot through watering, pruning, fertilizing and paying attention, on a daily basis, to the general health of our stock. They also load and unload stock as it arrives in-house and help display our stock to advantage and serve the needs of the cats.
-
Loaders - Got muscles? These guys and girls are responsible for loading plants, soil, mulch and pottery as customers need. They also keep our trees and shrubs watered (sometimes three times a day in the heat of summer!) and looking great and help our sales staff with other tasks and serve the needs of the cats.
-
Landscape Crew - Ready to work extra hard? This crew works mainly out in the community doing the digging, planting and maintaining of our customers landscape projects. They are responsible for representing Moore & Moore on a daily basis as they create beautiful landscapes and give our plants their best start in their new home. They don't usually need to serve the cats but be prepared just in case.
